TimeBlock Service was created for small to mid-sized companies that don’t require or can’t afford a full time IT staff but require attention to their computer systems and peripherals on a regular basis.
Over time, the services utilized by my clients grew to include assistance in all areas of their business such as Human Resources, Marketing, Quality Assurance, Accounting, Managerial Assistance, and others.
With over 25 years of real business experience and ownership, as well as degrees in both Management Information Sciences and Computer Science, I can come into your business and help you control areas that are difficult and grow your business intelligently.

TimeBlock uses a calendar system that allows my clients to select a re-occurring schedule that fits their needs - want me there in the morning before all employees? Need me to take care of things during employee lunch time? Even evenings, nights and Saturdays are fine. You select the time that is not already booked and they become your scheduled block for every week until you cancel. Choose as many hours as you feel you need or can afford. Want all your hours on one day? That’s fine too.
Once you’re scheduled, I arrive every week at the allotted time and perform a variety of tasks that are either predetermined or discussed upon my arrival. I normally do a walk through and ask every employee if they need any help that day.
Many clients are now in the habit of sending me a weekly email with tasks to complete. Billing occurs every week or every other week and the invoice arrives with a report of completed work for previous billing period. | | Â |  THE COST
The cost of my services is between 50% and 75% less than having a consultant assist you on a one-time basis and over 80% less than having to keep a full time employee on staff. Companies usually recoup the entire cost of hiring me within 6 months of using my services.
My pricing structure also allows for substantial discounts with the more hours per week you schedule.
You can start for as little as $180 per week for two days per week/2 hours per day and increase your block as you see how helpful I am throughout your organization -- I haven’t had one client yet that doesn’t increase their block over time.
