Re-installed Windows XP operating system on laptop after malware corrupted boot files.  Completed backup of all data on hard drive prior to installation.

Cleaned and optimized 3 PCs on network and one laptop.  Removed malware and corrected email problems on all computers.

Removed over 39 trojans and viruses from main laptop of broker.  Owner inadvertently clicked on pop up box for "Spyware Remover 2009" and opened the flood gates.  If you don't want to visit with me for 3 hours while I clean your machine, DO NOT click on any pop up!  To close it, simply hit Shift+F4 while the focus is on the box and it will close without pain & suffering.  One other problem - the owner has never done a backup of his critical files.  An appointment has been made for him to be set up on 3MAN Automated Backup Service.

Received a call from one of 3MAN's backup service clients stating their accounting file (with all their financial information) had become corrupt and couldn't open it.  Made a priority visit, located the last incremental backup that contained the needed file, decrypted it, unzipped it, moved it back to it's original storage location on the workstation, and the client was back in business within 2 hours of the initial crash.  This was truly a disaster averted!
